Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- olive or vegetable oil - 4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
- small red potatoes, quartered - 6 item
How to make roasted potatoes:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients but potatoes. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
