Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- cold water - 1-1/2 c
- vanilla wafers - 36 item
- 1 pt - 2 c
- medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice - 3 item
- can Eagle Brand milk not evaporated milk - 1 oz
How to make banana pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and water. Add pudding mix and beat until well blended. Chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. In 2-1/2 quart round glass serving bowl, layer pudding, vanilla wafers and bananas. Chill thoroughly. Garnish if desired.
