Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/3 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- raw rice, soaked in cold water 15 minutes and drained - 1/3 c
How to make rice meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together. Shape in small balls. Place in 8-inch square dish and cover with tomato soup and water. Bake in moderate oven for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
