- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- instant rice - 1 c
- Sauce For Meatballs:1 large can tomato paste
How to make rice meatballs:
Sauce For Meatballs:1 large can tomato paste Mix all ingredients together with about 2 tablespoons of paste and form into large meatballs. Place meatballs into saucepan.Mix tomato paste with 1 1/2 cans of water and pour over meatballs. Cook on high until sauce begins to boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes. Turn meatballs once during cooking.
