Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- dried bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- cold cooked rice - 2 c
How to make rice cheese balls:
In medium bowl, combine rice, cheese, eggs, salt and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. With hands, shape teaspoonfuls into balls. Coat with remaining bread crumbs. Heat salad oil to 370°. Fry balls until golden brown. Makes 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
