- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- dried bread crumbs - 1 c
- medium eggplant, cut in 1/2-inch slices - 1 item
How to make eggplant lasagna:
Prepare spaghetti sauce and set aside. Cook lasagna noodles as label directs; drain. On wax paper, combine crumbs, pepper and salt. In small dish with fork, beat eggs with water.
