Ingredients/Components
- rhubarb, cut small - 2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- sugar - 1 c
- flour
- piece butter - 1 item
- milk - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make rhubarb pie:
Put rhubarb in uncooked pie shell. Beat other ingredients into custard. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400° for 1 hour until custard is set. Make meringue with egg whites. Place on top of custard. Bake until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
