  • rhubarb, cut small - 2 c
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour
  • piece butter - 1 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • 9-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make rhubarb pie:

Put rhubarb in uncooked pie shell. Beat other ingredients into custard. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400° for 1 hour until custard is set. Make meringue with egg whites. Place on top of custard. Bake until golden brown.
