Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- oats - 1 c
- fresh rhubarb, in 1-inch slices - 2 qt
How to make rhubarb crisp:
Topping:1 c. flour1 c. oats1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. margarine Cut fresh rhubarb in 1-inch slices. Place in a large bowl. Mix together flour and sugar. Stir this mixture into rhubarb and let set until dissolved and juicy, spreading evenly in a 9 x 13-inch dish.Topping: Mix flour, oats, sugar, brown sugar and margarine together until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until light golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
