- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- raw cranberries - 2 c
- nuts pecans, broken not chopped - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry pie:
Layer first 3 ingredients into a deep-dish 9-inch pie pan greased with vegetable oil. Beat eggs and 1 cup sugar. Add flour gradually. Add butter and vegetable oil; beat well. Pour over berries. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
