Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/4 c
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 2/3 c
• coconut - 1 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• nuts - 1 c
• sour milk - 1 c
• rhubarb
• Mix together remaining ingredients, then add rhubarb mixture

How to make rhubarb cake:

Mix together rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar; set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients, then add rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until done.Icing:6 Tbsp. butter or oleo1 c. coconut1/4 c. milk1 c. nuts2/3 c. brown sugar Cook all together and put on cake when still warm.
