Ingredients/Components

  • stalks celery - 3 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cans tomato paste - 3 item
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • bay leaves - 4 item
  • garlic - 1 item
  • large onions - 2 item
  • large can tomato puree - 1 item
  • beef and 2 chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item

How to make red gravy:

Fry seasonings until soft. Add tomato paste and fry approximately 20 minutes. Add puree and fry approximately 20 minutes, medium fire. Put all in pot with water. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add salt, pepper, bay leaves and bouillon cubes. Add meatballs, pork roast, pork sausage or any other meats you prefer. Cook until meats are tender or desired thickness of gravy is reached.
