Ingredients/Components
- stalks celery - 3 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans tomato paste - 3 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- bay leaves - 4 item
- garlic - 1 item
- large onions - 2 item
- large can tomato puree - 1 item
- beef and 2 chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make red gravy:
Fry seasonings until soft. Add tomato paste and fry approximately 20 minutes. Add puree and fry approximately 20 minutes, medium fire. Put all in pot with water. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add salt, pepper, bay leaves and bouillon cubes. Add meatballs, pork roast, pork sausage or any other meats you prefer.
