Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- rice - 1 item
- bay leaves - 3 item
- strips bacon - 4 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- chopped bacon - 1 item
- 1/2 onions - 1 item
- raw shrimp - 2 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Fry bacon in drippings, Saute onions, bell pepper and celery. Add chopped bacon and tomatoes with salt, pepper, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves. Cook about 45 minutes. Add raw shrimp. Cook 10 minutes more. Serve on rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
