- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- ribs celery - 2 item
- mushrooms - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- bacon drippings - 1/2 c
- carrot, diced - 1 item
- pinch of brown sugar - 1 item
- large or 2 small rabbits - 1 item
- small bunches basil - 3 item
How to make rabbit:
Brown rabbit with garlic in bacon drippings. When brown, add other ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until rabbit is tender.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Rabbit.
