Ingredients/Components
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- fresh rabbit meat, ground - 3 lb
- salt, sage, red pepper and dry mustard to taste - 1 item
How to make rabbit sausage:
Mix well. Form into patties and fry slowly to brown both sides. Move rabbit to one side of skillet and make gravy. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with hot biscuits made from scratch.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Rabbit.
