Ingredients/Components
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- egg - 1 item
- can pumpkin pie mix - 1 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- milk - 2/3 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- butter cold - 1/4 c
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Press into greased pan.Prepare filling by combining the cake mix with 2 eggs and 2/3 cup milk. Mix until smooth; pour over crust.
For topping, combine the remaining cup of cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 cup cold butter. Sprinkle over filling.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Delicious served as is or with Cool Whip.
