Ingredients/Components
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- egg - 1 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- pumpkin pie mix
- milk - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- reserved cake mix
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
Filling:3 c. pumpkin pie mix2/3 c. milk2 eggs Topping:1 c. reserved cake mix1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. butter or margarine Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 pan. Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, oleo and egg. Press into pan.Prepare filling by combining all ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust.
For topping, combine all ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Could be served with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
