Caramel apple pie



  • all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • pecan pieces - 1/2 c
  • caramel ice cream topping - 2/3 c
  • 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
  • chopped apples, unpeeled - 3 c
  • caramel candies each cut into 4 pieces - 10 item

How to make caramel apple pie:

In medium bowl, combine caramel pieces and flour. Add apples, caramel topping and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour mixture into crust. Top with pecans. Bake on preheated baking sheet at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until crust has browned.
