Sugarless apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- can frozen apple juice unsweetened concentrate - 1 oz
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- apples, peeled and sliced - 6 c
- top and bottom pie pastry - 1 item
How to make sugarless apple pie:
Preheat oven to 425°. Combine cornstarch and cinnamon in small pan. Stir in apple juice. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add to sliced apples. Turn into pastry lined pan; dot with margarine. Top with pastry. Bake for 10 minutes at 425°, then for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
