Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• cornstarch - 1 c
• water - 10 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

How to make apple pie in a jar:

Cook until thick and bubbly. Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Peel and slice apples into 7 jars. Cover apples with the syrup. Process 20 minutes in water bath.
