Norwegian apple pie

- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/2 c
How to make norwegian apple pie:
Spray Pam on 9-inch pie pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until blended. Mixture will be stiff. Spoon into pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until brown and slightly puffed. Top with whipped cream or ice cream, if you desire. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
