Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pretzels - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- plus 3 Tbsp - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- strawberry Jell-O
- strawberries frozen, sliced - 2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, pecans, oleo and 3 tablespoons of sugar; press in an oblong Pyrex dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Let cool.Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip; spread over pretzel crust.
Mix Jell-O with water; let cool. Add strawberries. Pour over center. Refrigerate until firm.
