Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 10 oz
- smooth peanut butter - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter pie:
Blend in processor the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend well until smooth. Pour mixture into 9-inch graham crust. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with a dab of Cool Whip and a few crushed peanuts on each slice. Make slices small; very rich. Makes 8 to 9 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
