Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 1
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • light Karo syrup - 1 c

How to make pecan pie:

Mix altogether except pecans. Add pecans last. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Heat oven to 425°. Reduce heat to 325° when you put pie in. Bake 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
