Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- Cool Whip
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- sugar substitute - 1/4 c
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- Cheese Mixture:1 8 oz
- Jello:1 15 oz
How to make pretzel salad:
Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.Cheese Mixture:1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese1 c. sugar1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Mix and pour over crust; refrigerate and prepare jello.Jello:1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed Add water to pineapple liquid to equal 2 cups. Boil and pour over the jello. Add the frozen strawberries and crushed pineapple. Let partially gel, then spread over cheese mixture.
