Ingredients/Components
- potatoes - 2 lb
- can mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- , cut 1/2 inch thick - 1 tsp
- chopped onion optional - 1/2 c
How to make potluck potatoes:
Slice potatoes. Cook potatoes until almost soft, then peel. Put the rest of ingredients together and heat until cheese is melted. Put in layers in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350°.Top with 1/2 cup butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. One-half chopped onion may be added.
