Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 to
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• potatoes, diced - 1 item
• salt, pepper and celery seed - 1 item
• Mash with mixer

How to make potato soup:

Boil until potatoes are done. Mash with mixer.White Sauce:2 Tbsp. margarine, melted2 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 to 2 c. milk salt, pepper and celery seed Mix together the margarine and flour. Stir well. Mix in the milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened (will scorch on high heat). Add salt, pepper and celery seed. Stir into mashed potatoes. Add milk to desired consistency. Heat over low heat and serve.
