Ingredients/Components

• salt and pepper - 1 item
• green pepper, diced - 1 item
• large onion - 1 item
• sharp cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
• small can pimento - 1 item
• cooked medium potatoes, diced - 10 item
• pieces fresh white bread, in pieces - 2 item

How to make cottage potatoes:

Mix together in casserole. Pour over it 1/4 pound melted oleo. Add milk to fill half the casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered.
