Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/3 c
- water - 5 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- onions - 2 item
- celery, cut up - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 32 oz
- carrots, cut up - 1 c
How to make potato soup:
Mix first 8 ingredients in a large kettle. Cook about 4 hours. Add 1/3 cup butter and evaporated milk when ready to serve.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
