Ingredients/Components
- water - 8 c
- long grain rice - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/2 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- shredded cabbage - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 2 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- can Veg-All - 1 item
- ??? macaroni noodles - 1/3 item
How to make chicken soup:
Cook chicken breasts in water; bring to a boil, then simmer 1/2 hour. Remove chicken breasts and allow to cool for a few minutes, then cut into bite size pieces. Add chicken and remaining ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat; cook for 1/2 hour. Add more water if needed.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Whole chicken.
