Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 4 c
How to make potato soup:
Boil potatoes and onion in a small amount of water until soft. Add milk, salt and pepper; then reheat. Brown flour in the butter and blend it slowly into the potato mixture.
