Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 10 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
How to make baked mashed potatoes:
Boil potatoes (peeled and chopped). Drain well. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
