Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- can milk - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in small pieces - 8 item
- medium onion, cut small - 1 item
- water enough to cover potatoes - 1 item
- pieces celery, cut small - 2 item
- instant potatoes optional - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Boil onion, celery and potatoes until tender. Save water. (Mash potatoes if you want.) Add salt, butter and canned milk. Add instant potatoes to thicken.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
