Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- large sour cream - 1 item
- bag frozen Ore-Ida potatoes with peppers and onions - 1 item
How to make easy cheesy potatoes:
In a bowl, mix sour cream and soup, then add potatoes. Add 1/2 of cheese and mix thoroughly. Put mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
