Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- crushed cornflakes - 1 item
- can milk - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
How to make potato casserole:
Heat hash browns, chicken soup, milk and butter. Remove from heat; add onions, cheese and sour cream. Put into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with cornflakes and drizzle with extra butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
