  • pkg - 32 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1/3 c
  • crushed cornflakes - 1 item
  • can milk - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese

How to make potato casserole:

Heat hash browns, chicken soup, milk and butter. Remove from heat; add onions, cheese and sour cream. Put into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with cornflakes and drizzle with extra butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
