Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded carrots - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
  • diced potatoes
  • Velveeta cheese or American - 1/4 lb

How to make golden potato soup:

Mix first eight ingredients together in just enough boiling water to cover, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Whisk together milk and flour and stir into the vegetables. Then add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
