Potato soup

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 1/4 c
• milk - 4 c
• water - 1 item
• chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
• chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
• salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
• chopped parsley - 1 item
• medium potatoes, peeled and finely chopped - 4 item

How to make potato soup:

Barely cover potatoes, onion and celery with water; cook until tender. Mash with potato masher. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Serve topped with finely chopped parsley. Serves 4.
