Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- milk - 4 c
- water - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and finely chopped - 4 item
How to make potato soup:
Barely cover potatoes, onion and celery with water; cook until tender. Mash with potato masher. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Serve topped with finely chopped parsley. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
