  • salt
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • water - 3 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
  • bacon grease - 1 tsp
  • to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 6 item

How to make potato soup:

Cook potatoes, celery and onion until tender. Add flour, milk and butter. Cook on medium heat to boil and until flour is dissolved.
