- milk
- paprika - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery stalk, diced - 1 item
- bacon - 1 item
- instant potato flakes - 1/2 c
- crackers - 1 item
- carrot, diced - 1 item
- to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5 item
- garlic seasoning optional - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Cover potatoes with water. Add onion, carrot and celery. Cook until just tender. Add spices, milk and potato flakes. Cook about 5 minutes longer. Mash slightly. Serve topped with fresh bacon crumbs, grated cheese and crackers.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
