Ingredients/Components
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- marshmallows - 15 item
- cans sweet potatoes - 2 oz
- Parkay butter, melted - 1/4 c
How to make mallow topped sweet potatoes:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except marshmallows until well blended. Spoon into 1-quart casserole. Top with marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
