Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- potatoes, cubed and peeled - 4 c
- parsley flakes dried - 1 Tbsp
How to make potato soup:
Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in 2 cups of water for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Lightly mash with potato masher and cook, stirring constantly, until soup is hot and thickened.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
