Potato soup

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 1 c
• salt - 2 tsp
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• water - 2 c
• whipping cream - 1 c
• pepper - 1/8 tsp
• coarsely chopped onion - 1 c
• dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
• sliced celery - 1 c
• peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c

How to make potato soup:

Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in 2 cups water about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir until soup is hot and thick.
