Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- coarsely chopped onion - 1 c
- dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 1 c
- peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c
How to make potato soup:
