  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • medium-size potatoes - 4 item

How to make potato soup:

Boil diced potatoes, drain water off potatoes. In pan, melt butter; add flour, salt and stir. Add 3 cups milk; heat. Add diced potatoes. Season. Soup is better if potatoes are slightly mashed after being added to milk.
