Oatmeal coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 3 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 3/4 c
• butter - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• boiling water
• nuts optional - 1 item
• rolled oats - 1 c
• white sugar - 3/4 c
• Add to other ingredients

How to make oatmeal coffee cake:

Mix oatmeal and boiling water. Add to other ingredients. Mixture is kind of runny. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:3 Tbsp. melted butter3 Tbsp. milk2/3 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut nuts (optional) Spread over cake and put under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden.
