Roasted rosemary potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- crushed rosemary - 1 Tbsp
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 Tbsp
- small red potatoes or Russet
How to make roasted rosemary potatoes:
Preheat oven to 375°. Quarter potatoes. In large bowl combine potatoes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and seasoned bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. With your fingers, toss until potatoes are well coated. Place potatoes on bRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
