milk - 2 c
sour cream - 1 c
salt - 2 tsp
flour - 1/3 c
butter - 3 Tbsp
water - 3 c
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chopped celery - 3/4 item
chopped onions - 1/2 c
chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
diced potatoes - 3 4

How to make potato soup:

In a 3-quart pan, cook potatoes, onions, water and celery on medium 25 minutes or until tender. Mix together sour cream, flour, salt and pepper. Add sour cream mixture, milk, butter and bouillon cubes to soup. Cook and stir 30 minutes. Do not boil! Sprinkle with parsley. Wonderful!!!!
