Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • diced potatoes - 3 c

How to make sour cream potato soup:

Cook first four ingredients in large pot until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Add next three ingredients and bring to simmer. Combine sour cream and flour; add to soup. Stir until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
