Potato omelette
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- peanut oil - 4 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- eggs room temperature - 3 item
- small potatoes, boiled and diced - 4 item
How to make potato omelette:
Saute in peanut oil the potatoes, onions, minced garlic, parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste; set aside. Hand beat eggs and water. Heat nonstick frypan with a pat of butter until butter melts and bubbles. Pour eggs in and let simmer, adding potato mixture over half of pan.
