Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • clove garlic - 1/2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • peanut oil - 4 Tbsp
  • green onions, chopped - 4 item
  • eggs room temperature - 3 item
  • small potatoes, boiled and diced - 4 item

How to make potato omelette:

Saute in peanut oil the potatoes, onions, minced garlic, parsley flakes, salt and pepper to taste; set aside. Hand beat eggs and water. Heat nonstick frypan with a pat of butter until butter melts and bubbles. Pour eggs in and let simmer, adding potato mixture over half of pan. When egg is cooked, fold omelette.
