Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced - 3 item
- medium fresh tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
How to make potato omelette:
Heat margarine in large skillet. Add sliced potatoes, a few at a time; cook until lightly browned on both sides and nearly tender. Remove from skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
