Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- butter - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled - 1/2 lb
- a little chopped parsley - 1 item
How to make potato omelette:
Beat the eggs thoroughly and stir in the parsley. Cut potatoes into small pieces and add to eggs. Melt the butter in a skillet and when just beginning to smoke faintly, pour in the omelette mixture.
