Potato cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- chicken flavored bouillon cube - 1 item
- hot water - 1 c
- potatoes, chopped - 3 c
- carrots, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
How to make potato cheese soup:
Melt bouillon cube in hot water; add potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. In a small pan, combine milk and flour, stirring until thickened.
