Ingredients/Components

  • chicken flavored bouillon cube - 1 item
  • hot water - 1 c
  • potatoes, chopped - 3 c
  • carrots, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • onions, chopped - 1/4 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • milk
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb

How to make potato cheese soup:

Melt bouillon cube in hot water; add potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. In a small pan, combine milk and flour, stirring until thickened. Add to potato mixture; add cubed cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
